报告人简介：Dr. Victor Shi holds a Ph.D. from Washington State University, a Master's degree from the National University of Singapore, and double Bachelor's degrees from the University of Science and Technology of China. He is currently a tenured Full Professor and a Ph.D. student supervisor at the Lazaridis School of Business and Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University. He served as the Director of the Center for Supply Chain Management at Laurier and the Chair of the Management Science Division, Administrative Sciences Association of Canada. He has also served as a special issue editor of several top journals.

Dr. Shi’s primary research and teaching interests have been in Management Science, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, and Data Analytics. His research papers have been published or are in the press by journals such as Production and Operations Management, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, European Journal of Operational Research, and International Journal of Production Economics. His research has been supported by Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC).
